Got Questions ?" We Got Answers . . .
If you have recently suffered a loss to your property and are filing or have already filed a claim, we can help.
Q Why do i need a Public Adjuster?
A We are here to represent you the client and not “the machine”. It is often the case that insurance companies often deny claims that should be covered, or they simply under pay "low ball" on a covered claim.
This is due to possible “bad faith” practices, or more often than not, inexperienced staff adjusters that lack the expertise or history of claim adjusting and home construction to properly assess the full scope of the damage.
We believe in always being prepared. Our staff have over 35 years of combined experience in claim handling, contracting, water mitigation, and remediation services. We employ loss inspection professionals that have extensive backgrounds in contracting, home inspection, mold and asbestos inspection, as well as a large network of seasoned experts dedicated to resolving your claim.
Q Do public adjusters represent the insurance company?
A NO. As licensed Public Adjusters we represent you the client.
Q Who pays for your services?
A We typically works on a flat fee basis which equals a small percentage of the money recovered by your insurance company.
Q My Insurance Company is requiring me to get estimates for the damage. Is this my responsibility?
A NO! It is not. In the event of a claim it is best to employ a Reputable licensed Public Adjuster that knows your specific policy and policy limits and that will see to it that your home or business is restored to its pre-loss condition. Remember, any contractor can provide you with a bid, but not necessarily get your property back to its pre-loss condition.
Q Do i have to use the vendor that my insurance company recommend?
A No! The policy holder always retains the right to select any licensed contractor of your choice. Nowhere in any standard homeowner insurance policy does it specify that you must wait for your insurance carrier to approve of any certain vendor. Nor does the term “lowest” or “cheapest” ever occur in a homeowner policy. The policy holders are entitled to quality materials and workmanship equivalent to their pre-damaged condition as well as reasonable and customary emergency expenses and replacement costs to put their property back to normal.
